Steps to follow:
- Login to Cario
- Click on ‘Maintenance – Descriptions’ on the left-hand side
- Select the dropdown arrow in the field ‘Customer Description'
- Select ‘Special Instructions’
- To add a ‘Special Instructions’ click on the plus-sign on the right-hand side
- A line will be added
- Enter a ‘Description’ and ‘Note’
Description: max 100 characters, you select this when creating a consignment in the ‘special instruction section

When you can create a consignment, you can select a predefined special instruction in the ‘Special Instructions’ field.
