Click on ‘Maintenance – Descriptions’ on the left-hand side 3. Select the dropdown arrow in the field ‘Customer Description’ 4. Select ‘Delivery Instructions’ 5. To add a ‘Delivery Instructions’ click on the plus-sign on the right-hand side 6. Enter a ‘Description’ and ‘Note’ Description: max 100 characters, you select this when creating a consignment in the ‘Deliver To’ address details screen Notes: customer internal note 8. Tab out the fields 9.
