Organisation Units in Cario

Purpose

Organisation Units in Cario are used to define and manage business-level structures such as branding, domains, and visual identity within a tenant. This allows organisations to apply consistent branding across login screens, banners, invoices, and customer-facing documents while maintaining clear organisational separation.

Scope

This article applies to Tenant Admins and Administrators responsible for configuring organisational structure and branding within the Cario platform.

  • You have access to the Administration menu

Key Notes and Best Practices

  • Ensure colour contrast meets accessibility standards

  • Changes apply only to the selected Organisation Unit and do not affect others
  • Branding updates do not impact operational data such as consignments or orders
