Cario System Updates | Release 17.94.003 | June 2026

This release includes improvements across carrier integrations, dashboard performance, pickup monitoring, order lookup, consignment creation, reporting, invoice reconciliation, driver permissions, and platform stability. These updates are designed to make Cario faster, more accurate, and more reliable across daily freight operations.

 Carrier Integrations
Update Description
Direct Freight Express API integration Added Direct Freight Express API integration to support rating, consignment creation, and pickup booking. This includes manifest splitting between returns and standard movements, along with fuel levy and tax handling.
NZ Post add-ons Corrected handling of zero-charge add-ons.
AusPost International shipments Multi-parcel shipments with commercial invoices now process correctly.
FedEx barcode generation Barcodes now generate correctly when a connote is still pending.
DHL Supply Chain SSCC allocation Corrected SSCC allocation on Lifeblood consolidation envelopes.
CBD Couriers fuel levy Fuel levy is now shown as a separate Fuel Surcharge fee rather than being bundled into the quoted price.
High-value rate handling Rates priced at or above 99,999 are now automatically flagged as POA, meaning Price on Application.
Salesforce order lookup integration Added Salesforce integration support for order lookup.
New Features and Enhancements
Feature Description
Dashboard widgets overhaul All 18 dashboard widgets have been modernised. A new DIFOT drill-down has been added, and the DIFOT percentage calculation has been corrected. Most widgets should now load 10–20 times faster.
Customer Opening Hours Added a new Customer Opening Hours tab in Customer Maintenance. This includes a default row, AM/PM correction, and integration into Create Consignment.
Pickup Monitoring Added a new access permission, per-manifest rows, and a fix for the loading spinner.
Customer lookup improvements Customer lookup now supports “contains” searching, with closest starts-with matches ranked first.
Today’s Run notifications Today’s Run notifications can now be enabled or disabled per tenant.
Consignment references Maximum consignment reference length has been increased to 50 characters.
Carrier sequence editor validation The carrier sequence editor now validates that the “Next” value falls within the configured Start and End range.
Weekly Insights report Weekly Insights report is now available with default options.
Tickets improvements Layout and component improvements have been added to the Tickets area.
Cloned consignment references The original connote number is now carried through to cloned consignment references.

Blank system screens Fixed blank Hypercare, XSLT Import, and Invoice Reconciliation screens.
Item-level references Item-level references are now preserved when selecting a product during Create Consignment.
Dangerous Goods dialog Corrected limited-quantity flag handling in the Dangerous Goods dialog.
Create Consignment API errors API error messages on Create Consignment are now shown clearly on screen.
Adjustment invoices Fixed adjustment invoices incorrectly updating a previous invoice.
Invoice reconciliation dates Carrier invoice reconciliation dates now display in the correct format.
Driver permissions New drivers now correctly inherit CarioConnect permissions from their user roles.
Run descriptions Run descriptions are now saved using your local time.
Upload Carrier Invoices screen Widened the carrier selector on the Upload Carrier Invoices screen.
Report and scheduled run timeouts Resolved timeouts affecting milestone-event reports and scheduled runs.
